General information for students

Information for students can be found on the PTF website.

Also, students can submit their request to the University of Osijek.

The main two categories of accommodation are student dormitories and private accommodation.

Students can find information about accommodation in student dormitories at the Student Center in Osijek (STUC).

Students who are housed in privately owned accommodation may apply for the Private Accommodation Subsidy Contest.

Students who have not received student dormitory accommodation can rent a room or studio apartment. Rents vary depending on location, size of room and facilities. Overheads are sometimes included in the price and sometimes are paid by the student. The rent is usually paid at the beginning of the month, although some landlords require payment several months in advance. The easiest way to rent a room is to track advertisements about renting rooms in daily or specialized newspapers and websites such as Njuškalo and Slavonska burza.

  • single room with shared kitchen and bathrooms: from 100 euros per month
  • studio apartment: from 150 euros per month

Subsidized student meals are organized in student restaurants at the Student Centre, dormitories and at the University Campus.
